these are only corps that ive dealt with one way or the other, so this the corps i know.
In no special order:
Alcatraz Inc
Great crew, increadibly vast competence on all levels with crews operating on all levels. Mchalin is a superb fleet commander who i would fly with any day, khiely makes a perfect diplomat, great pvpers, great leaders. Allround.
Shinra
A nasty composition of players, definately a awesome crew from the ones ive meet, and the ones ive fought have been very honorable.
VIRII/Wolfenrecon
Appart from Cyric a good bunch 
No but seriously, ive flown with these guys back and forth since the curse days, and i would fly with them into hell and back if they asked me to.
The old Coretech:
These guys sat at the bvip gate with us for hours and hours, ill never forget it, doing a job that very few others wanted to do. Had great fun.
Black Omega Security:
Kicked some serious ass during the curse days, saw them fighting zombie once or twice in bvip, fearless.
British space corporation:
The only industrial corp ive seen that had more balls than most PVP corps back in fade, fielded alot of fighters despite being industrial, fought to the end and came back for more. respect on many levels.
BOB and friends:
Allthough not very fond of them, i was impressed by their tactics, their way to make alliances crumble and infight, both with millitary and psycological pressure. Very potent.
Millenium:
Tough bunch of hardened fighters, seems like an awesome crew.
Black Avatar:
Back during my noob days in querious, they tried to start something new from the ashes of CFS, worked REALLY hard... fought of a bizillion attackers, and in the end, got what they want, i wish them all the best, and have to give them props for fighting for what they belived in.
Jokers
One of the only true pirate crews around. Awesome fighters.
Special ppl/corp of notice:
Souldancer - Insanely willing to PVP
Milano II That guy had some serious humor.
Drink Starsi Keept the Caldari patriot flag high even when no one else would carry it.
Nimbu - Stepped up and lead fleets to victory when no one had the balls to, even though he had never done it before and despite sitting as a diplomat all day. huge respect for it.
Typically i cant remember the name from of the pilot from Fenix reborn(?) corp that flew a raven during the E02 fight, definately a cool guy.
I know ive forgotten a ****load of corps(ppl) but i have a bad memory, so bear with me
